We produce a wide range of thermostats, including boiler thermostats, electric and water underfloor heating thermostats, fan coil unit thermostats, air conditioner thermostats, and thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs).
2. Are your thermostats compatible with different HVAC systems?
Yes. Our thermostats support most common heating and cooling systems and are compatible with ON/OFF, modulating, and communication protocols such as Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Bluetooth, Modbus, and OpenTherm.
3. Can your thermostats work with smart home platforms like Alexa or Google Home?
Yes. Selected Wi-Fi models can be integrated with major smart home systems including Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, and Tuya Smart for voice and app control.
4. What certifications do your products have?
All our thermostats are certified with ISO9001:2015, CE (EMC & LVD), and RoHS, ensuring safety, reliability, and environmental compliance for international markets.
5. Can you customize the design or function of a thermostat?
Absolutely. We offer OEM/ODM customization, including hardware design, software programming, housing color, logo printing, and packaging according to customer requirements.

1. Do you provide OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We specialize in OEM/ODM projects. You can provide your concept or technical requirements, and our team will support you from design to mass production.
2. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard models, our MOQ is typically 500–1000 pieces. For new custom designs, the MOQ may vary depending on mold and material requirements.
3.How long is your lead time?
Generally, it takes 25–35 days after confirming the order and receiving the deposit. For sample orders, the lead time is usually 5–10 days.
4. Do you provide samples for testing?
Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation. The sample fee can be refunded after the official order is confirmed.
5. What after-sales support do you offer?
We provide a 12–24 month warranty depending on the product type. Our technical team offers professional online support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
